Return Policy
RPC's return policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be perfect, unused condition. It must also contain any tags and be in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your return (in the same condition you received it in) we will contact you via email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Exchanges
Due to various factors including your location, it will take various times for your exchanged product to reach you.
Shipping
To return your product please send to: Rule Prostate Cancer, Level 8, 14-20 Blackwood Street, North Melbourne Vic 3051.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
